Diet….Diet..Which is the right one?

Different diets become the norm for sometime and they fade away….. Paleo diet, Keto diet, Atkins diet, Mediterranean diet, Gluten free diet, Vegan diet and Vegetarian diet.

The truth is in your physiology and it is not hard to discern. Look around in nature all animals that are herbivores have small stomach and longer intestine and chewing motion which is the opposite of carnivores large stomach and tiny intestine and have sharp teeth. Only humans are confused with so many diets.

To live free of modern day diseases from hypertension, diabetes, storke, arthirtis and cancer the answer is in your diet. Changing your lifestyle to simple plant based diets which is vegan or vegetarian diets, reducing stress by doing your favorite exercises and allowing your body to clean itself by introducing intermittent fasting into your routine are the three basic rules to follow to enjoy a happy healthy and blissful life.
