Palm sugar, cocoa powder, Vanilla extract, split almonds and walnuts.
Heat a 1/4 cup water and add the solid palm sugar (about two ice cube size) in it and heat it to dissolve completely.
Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and stir until it dissolves in the palm sugar syrup and add a teaspoon or two of Vanilla extract.
Now add the nuts to the mix and pour it in a bowl or candy maker tray or ice cube tray to make smaller pieces and freeze it for a couple of hours. Dark chocolates are ready.
For variations and if you don’t have dairy allergies you could do the same with milk for milk chocolates.
Remember palm sugar has iron in it whereas white table sugar causes cavities. Enjoy your treats in a healthier way without guilt.
