Some of the resources just provided me with the fact that ” you are what you eat” and hence one should proceed with utmost care and caution to follow the nutritional facts while cooking.

Food should  not be used as a careless tool to just keep our taste buds happy and momentary bliss. Everything we put in our mouth ultimately ends up as the elixir of life and health not only for us but for generations to come. So we need to be responsible for every bit of it.

I love the research based proof of the importance of nutrition by Dr. Michael Greger. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. If you are looking for menus and recipes for vegan diets you could also follow the 21 days of vegan kickstart diet .

These resources are all research based and are followed by doctors themselves who turned into nutritionists as well and in the process found a way for prevention and cure. As a common man I am not a doctor or nutritionist but I have personally seen tremendous improvement while caring for a terminally ill family member who was brave enough to try a wholly vegan lifestyle and saw a huge progress in health.

So I set out in this journey of finding proof for what I personally experienced and am amazed by what I found has already been proved with research based facts. I am grateful to have found these research based facts and wanted to share it with everyone. I am not perfect though but trying to change one step at a time incorporating all the goodness of nutrition in my daily routine.
