As we age our body does not absorb as much nutrients from food sometimes.
Simple things we could do is add strength or resistance training to our daily walk.
Checking your blood work for Vitamin D3, B12 and Heamoglobin or iron level.
If any of these are low try getting 30 minutes of sunshine in the morning or evening. If that does not help check with your doctor to take a D3 supplement.
For low iron levels cooking with cast iron utensil should help, eating dates every day, dietary supplement with doctors approval.
B12 for vegetarians can be got from tender coconut water and/or dietary supplement with your doctors approval.
As always a good night’s rest every day is important and healthy dietary habits.
